Lord's Supper PDF Print E-mail

The Lord's Supper is one of the two ordinances instituted by the Lord Jesus Christ for His church.

The Lord's Supper was instituted by Christ Himself on the night of His betrayal. Each Lord's Day morning we gather around the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ to remember His life, death, and resurrection. The emblems of bread and wine represent His body and His blood given for us. It is to be observed, and open to, only those who are true believers in Jesus Christ.

For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do show the Lord's death till he come. I Cor.11:26

For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. I Cor.1:18
